The Italian luxury automobile manufacturer Maserati pulled the curtains off its brand-new GranCabrio Folgore EV on April 15, 2024. What’s new? It’s the soft-top convertible electric version of the gas-powered GranCabrio and is inspired by the Gran Turismo Folgore coupe. They have similar terms in context with their exterior design language and 818-hp electric powertrain. You might not find a lot of difference between GranCabrio Folgore and Gran Turismo Folgore. They have the same four-seater setup, ergonomic design, and powertrain options. The slightest variation that you will notice is the rooftop being convertible and the fast formula-E-derived 800-volt electric powertrain.

The 761-hp electric beauty is automated and has a launch control function, self-driver assistance, an automated emergency braking system, adaptive cruising control, and a 360-degree exterior camera system. Maserati can also generate a Shepard tone from 120-watt external speakers for pedestrian awareness.
