Charging and Range
CLA prototype has 800 V DC fast charging which will enable quick charging within a short duration of time. On an ideal condition, it has the capability of increasing the range by 201 miles (323 km) in a span of 10 minutes, thus making long-distance travel viable. The tests, though production-range numbers are not yet confirmed, will indicate that Mercedes is going electrified performance further.
